This is one of those games that I was hoping IGA would remake as a Chronicles game, but now that seems quite unlikely. Still the original has it's charm that I'm still nostalgic for.

    Mercury Steam are going to move on from Castlevania... possibly to Contra. As to what will happen to Castlevania, that's anybody's guess. Although I still think Wayforward should take a stab at it!

    If konami were to outsource again wayforward would be a good choice, but i would hope for a japanese developer that not only loves castlevania, but someone who understands what made castlevania endure
