Question

so I go on the youtube app and start a video and it plays for a litle but then it freezes, exits out of the app, and says error, save all open software and restart system. EVERYTIME I try to use it!

I tried deleting apps I dont neef, updating my system, and restarted it many times! But it KEEPS HAPPENING! Someone HELP!
