    If you want advice, getting a trade like that is difficult. You can't trade regular legendaries for Event ones.

    pretty sure Meloetta can't actually be traded since she's an event only pokemon same as Keldeo and Victini.

    You can, but only if directly trading with another person. If you try to trade an event legendary via GTS you get a message telling you that it is a special pokemon that cannot be traded.

    Wait...I don't understand one thing : why do the event legendary can't be trade for normal one ? Event one are more rare no ?

    The game doesn't let you trade them via GTS. You CAN trade them directly with anyone for anthing. It's just very unlikely you'll get one for a normal legendary.
