    what you have to do is play the game then hit home when you have the pic you want to post go straight to miiverse hit post then in the top right corner hit the button then hit the one you want and BAM

    If you go to the home menu while playing and then to miiverse, you can post the suspended software's top or bottom screen with the button on the top right of the posting screen.
