    i sorta disagree shinies are the same and exciting to catch but they are a ticket for legendaries which become for even more shinies and soon after shiny legendaries

    You don't need the legendary dogs to get Zoroark. Not in Black, White, Black 2, White 2, X, or Y.

    All I know is evolve Zorua but Im too lazy so they made you get them to get Zoroark! Or was it Celebi?

    It was neither. Celebi was an event Pokèmon that you could download and you could get Zoroark by getting Zorua.
