    you use the holy water to kill enimes that you couldnt hit with strightfoward whipping and you have to talk to guy in the black cloths in town who would trade you the blue crystal

    and also equip the blue crystal when you get to this part of the game hold down for a few seconds and the go under the lake to reach the second mansion hope that helps

    Using holy water as a weapon in CV2 is not recommended. It's not even half as powerful as your starter whip.
