Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 is a classic. Wario finally starred in his own series from here, and the rest was history. I've finished it back in December 2012, hence the PERFECT GAME!

    Looking back however, the first one still felt like a Super Mario Bros. game, what with having lives, breaking blocks for power-ups and shrinking after getting hit.

    It wasn't until Wario Land II finally eschewed the Super Mario connection in favor of more puzzles and exploration. And Wario being invincible and assuming reaction abilities from certain enemies...

    I thought I would enjoy this game and... my major issue was that in the game most of Wario's abilities were unlocked from treasure chests which in the first 2 he already had.
