i can never get my effective galactis reading up to 4000 my highest is aroung 3500-3650. How can i get it up to 4000?

    That isn't necessary. As long as you get the assets throughout the game you should have more than enough. It looks like there is something wrong with your game

    As for my assets, it's the multiplayer it increases their value. At 50% I have about 3500 ems

    No, it's just from getting my galactic readiness up. Normally it's about 3500 ems which comes out to around 6000 tms.
