just fire while he is charging his attack. But don't fire too much or you will take a huge shot! So fire a little, jump, run, fire a little, jump, etc.

Enker is easy. Just jump over him when he tries to tackle you, then when he raises his Barrier Spear, use the mega buster and dodge his blast, then repeat.
