Hello all! Hope your Sunday is going well! starting my next program today and I think I have already lost a few of those lbs I gained backed! My face looks thinner and my rings are slipping off!! yay!

    From my own experience... it took me exactly 12 months... from April 2011 to April 2012... to lose 40 lbs. I do not think that 1 or 2 lbs a week is overdoing it at all!

    Sounds to me like you should have enough time to drop 15 lbs or get very close. I workout 4 days a week ... M,T,T,F along with an avg of 4 miles of walking per day. I was not running yet during that..
