    There is no indoctrination. Bioware says the dreams represents Shepard dwelling on the people he's lost and the people on earth Shepard couldn't save

    The "Indoctrination Theory" is just one fan theory. Bioware has acknowledged it as such. I've seen the videos for and against it and they both make good points.
