    I believe the best option is to use someone with the ability Destroyer. Maybe use bow or bowguns and aim the wings

    Switch axes while in swordmode have mind's eye built in and will never bouce off a monster. Yep, switch axes are awesome.

    Well! You did not specify the weapon you like to use. In any case you need to useit several times in the wings to break or cut them. You may use switchaxe as recommened before

    I think any weapon can work, but try and see if there is an effective weapon you can get to white sharpness as that will easily stop the bouncing.
