ok i need to vent, WHY THE HECK CAN'T I POKETRANSPORT POKEMON FROM DIMOND AND PEARL I MEAN A LOT OF POKEMON ARE ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH GEN 4 AND BACK

the building on the route between the bridge and black city/white forest you need 2 ds systems to use it

Once you beat the E4 in Black/White, you can go to a lab where you can transfer from gen 4. Not sure how it works in B2/W2.
