    Ok,so once you've downloaded it fully.Restart your Wii U,then start Ghost's and go to local match,after that go to game setup,then click map and downloaded maps.Then Free-Fall should be in there.

    You don't have to click local match,but I did it just to make sure it was already downloaded so I could get used to the map.Hoped this helped man!
