Question

I just beat pokemon x and I surfed to sea sprit's den but on my way there a random zapdose came down from the sky attacked me then fled. I haven't seen it since. Has this happened to anyone else?

yeah u have to encounter it 12 times then go to sea spirits den to catch it. use the pokedex to find it easier. ^.^
