    From what I've heard: Good thing is that you get extra power per shot. Bad is that you lose your special shot (rapid or crouching fire).

    For LBG it removes the rapid fire (very bad) but lets you reload all shot types at once. For HBG it slows you down a little and removes your crouching fire but gives you a big raw boost and more ammo.

    For LBG you usually don't want to remove it. For HBG you usually do. It depends on the specific gun, though.

    God's Archipelago LBG is awesome with the limiter off. You can sleep/paralyze the monster, and then unload all your Crag/Clust shots without worrying about reload.

    maybe il remove the limiter for lbg that can use alot of different ammo types
