    well... it has 80 base stat across the board, a shallow movepool(pretty predictable), and rain got nerfed this gen so his ability requires constant setup to use...decent; but outclassed

    for comparison, non mega blastoise has 530 bst(base stat total) phione only has 480 bst(50 less) hydration cures status in rain, but rain dish acts like a free leftovers in rain
