    just go to the super training screen on the touch screen and tap a pokemon repetitively until you get a white training bag called a reset bag.

    or go to the purple haired guy in kiloude city pkmn center and let him see the charmander-charizard and make sure he says in 5-6 stats that they cant be beat.
