    If you grabbed the DLC extras then Granny Go-To will sell them sometimes. Other than that they're rare drops from a couple specific quests.

    The DLC tells you what it does. It includes quests, guild card backgrounds, guild card titles, extra inventory for Granny and 5000 resource points.
