    But it's unavoidable in any game if playing online, I'm afraid. You can always block offensive players later from the combat record to make sure you don't meet them again.

    There's some chat filter in place, but those intent on saying stuff just substitute numbers for letters. It's interesting though, that it won't let you say "torpedo" in a sub game with torpedoes. :D

    Agreed. Miiverse and seeing passerbys in Pokemon X and Y aren't perfect but it works to an extent.
