    Garfish is a mid-range slow sub. Seahound is a short-range fast sub. Depends on what you prefer. Distance or speed.

    Sea Hound has better stats in everything except for the Dive/Surface (up and down movement rate) and the Range, which is Short instead of Medium.

    The up and down can be fixed by applying the crew member #29 Diver D. Then the only thing it will be lacking that the Garfish has, is Medium range, but other than that, all the stats will be better.

    So... I'd really only recommend the Garfish if you're a really good aimer/shooter and REALLY know what you're doing to stay away from foes.
