    It's called Mario Kart GP DX. It was developed by Namco Bandai. It's the third game in the arcade series. Pac Man is one of the racers.

    oh, it's a real arcade? oh, okay. and yeah, nintendo has made arcades LONG before they went into home consoles. heck, look at the original donkey kong. that was where mario and dk got their start.....

    and that was an arcade. myamoto made that arcade. they even made a spin off to the dk arcade. it was called mario bros. and that was an arcade.
