    It would be under barracks and then emblems. Be creative with it.

    You have to keep playing until you are lv 55 I believe to get all the Emblem pieces/numbers. To get your emblem to appear on your guns however you must level up the gun to gun prestige 2.

    How you do that is unlocking all attachments to your gun then select the gun on your class and it will say the level of the gun. If you unlocked the attachments it will say prestige weapon.

    You must prestige the weapon twice to have the emblem appear. 1st Prestige- Having clan tag on the gun. 2nd Prestige- Emblem.
