    Yes, its in the game. You might be missing the first material to craft it. I'd kill Lagi a few more times to make sure :P

    it comes off the great rugged sword i think. upgrade that a couple of times, then it will appear. some weps don't appear in the smithy because they're upgrade only, branching off of a different path.
