RIP Ness, Roy, Captain Falcon, Ganandorf, Mewtwo, Falco Lombardy, Pokemon Trainer, Snake, Jigglypuff, Shadow The Hedgehog(as a character not an assist trophy), and Mr. Game and Watch. This may as well be the END of Super Smash. SSB4 as of now has a character roster of 33 Official Characters. Previous in the series had 37 Brawl, 26 Melee, 12 Original Super Smash Bros

    they never said that thats the full roster. im sure ness and captain falcon will make it in. just wait til october to see. with brawl they still had secrets at launch.

    Mr. Game and Watch is in, they showed a amiibo figurine of him, and they had him at the end of Pac-Man's video

    Relax. Capt. Falcon is almost guaranteed. He was one of the original 12. Ganondorf is the big baddy from Zelda and from Melee. Not guaranteed, but likely to also be in. Both are clones of each other moveset wise. They are likely fixing that before showing those two off. Or at least Capt. Falcon. Both Yoshi and Bowser weren't shown off sooner for similar reasons. Needing to be changed more.

    i believe that falcon is in due to hes a staple of the series plus the assist trophy. I think the robot chicken thing also confirms wario and ganondorf as well. not to mention g/w is mostlikley confirmed due to pac-man trailer.

    Ness will be in there due to Earthbound being on Wii U eshop. Shadow was NEVER a character in the first place. Roy hasn't been in since Melee so he isn't even likely. Snake is unlikely since the last MGS game was on the 3DS and a remake at that. Then Falco? So far only Fox from SF is confirmed. Falco will make it in. We still have four months. A lot of time to show off remaining characters.

    I got my hopes up,.. but I do remember before this E3 Trailer watching something Nintendo had stated that Ness and Captain Falcon havent had any new games since N64(Captain) and NES(Ness) so both the F Zero and the Earth Bounds havent seen a remake unlike Kid Icarus bringing Pits Return to the gamer world in Brawl,... but like you guys said December ig way right now,.. just dont be surprised.

    I know Earthbound hasn't gotten a remake, but it is on Wii U's eshop. It wasn't on the Wii's eshop. Ness will make it back in. Also I believe it was Gamecube for Falcon since the last game. SNES for Eartbound. I don't expect all characters to return as it has been stated that not all of them will. You are just jumping the gun however. Too early yet.

    But as a kid I did witness Nintendo taking Donkey Kong and spinning off into a whole new sha bang bang. Mario being Mario and DK ruling with greatness. December is a while away,.. but ive learned in my life span, that with Nintendo... expect the Unexpected. (:

    I know that very well. I've been gaming since the SNES, having been born in 1993 I started gaming remarkably young, and I am quite aware of that. Also it won't be September. 3DS version has all the same characters and releases in Oct. Unless we aren't told everything, which is possible, before it releases...we will find out in the next three or so months.
