    It means your physical attack stat goes up a little bit.

    No, not special attack, the regular attack stat. Also, Robby, that's the Choice Band you're thinking of.

    That's as opposite of Physical Attack as you can get. For Special Attack, get Choice Specs.

    Muscle Band boosts attack by only 10% or 20%, but you can use more than one move in battle. Choice Band boosts attack by 50, but you can only use one move in battle until you switch out.

    Muscle band= Small boost in Attack. Choice Band= 1.5x boost in Attack, but you can only use one move per battle. My Cinccino has a Choice Band.

    u guys helped alot! if i never brought this up u never would have recomended choice spec. i was looking for a spc.atk item but i could only find atk. for this ill put a german bulbasour on the gts for musiuda method!
