    how about other,not over-used villains like Fawful, Captain Syrup, Shake King, NOT Dark Pit, Starman(any variety)..etc.

    The important part is that the villains are major contributors to a significant franchise. It's also best if they appear often in the franchise or have recurring roles at least. That way they are recognizable and have stronger movesets.
