So the Creator of the "Pay 400,000" meme posted a bunch of annoying reposts of it by himself to artificially lengthen the meme's lifespan? That's no meme, just an excuse for attention. a meme can thrive on its own and is soon run by it's popularity in the community, not being spammed and reposted abunch in an attempt to be the nighlty Fad again. That's my theory.
