    Unfortunately they are everywhere. Including the other consoles. Do what I do and run with engineer perk so you can find their tac insert and then kill them.

    Any chance you get disrupt them, destroy their tatical insertions, kill the enemy player, follow around your teammate who is doing it. And report them.
