Huh... Does Zen Studios have a customer service? Maybe we can get help from there.

Yeah, that happened to me the other day again. However it's still about the same on my end. Definitely not unplayable like Star Wars. Sorry to hear this though Constantin as I totally believe you. The evidence is there from both games but it's weird how some experience more problems then others. I still don't understand how some people experienced no problems with Star Wars while others couldn't

Wentworth, apparently you've got some kind of humour that I cannot understand. Thanks for taking your time though. I appreciate it.

You're right Tech. There must be some kind of combinations that lead to this issue more frequently or less.

Imo the differences in setups mostly come down to internet related stuff as the WiiU itself should be identical(but there are always tiny differences/tolerances in the parts). How is your wifi configured? (if I remeber right u use wifi, right?). I probably already suggested tha you might try a static IP and setting DNS manually. If you haven't done so it's worth a shot.

Meggie:It's worth a try.But a lot of us have these freezings(all over the world) on the StarWars tables.Including eg myself. But I don't have any problems with the Zen2 tables.Btw:I have a dynamic IP.

I don't really know what connection I have nor that I am willing to change any settings for one company's game to be honest. It's their job to make it work for both settings if we assume that wifi settings is what causes the freezes in the first place.

You're right. It's Zen's stuff. But as Tech tried and told us 1-2 months ago:It doesn't have to do with Wifi or not...It's just an annoying point Zen(or Nintendo) can't manage. :-/

No freezing problems for me on ZP2, but on Star Wars randomly. You should write a message/mail to Zen asking for a solution, on Miiverse is not possible to achieve anything, Barbie hasn´t got the key to solve it. Maybe Hyna could sign that letter, in the name of the worldwide famous Hyna Gang...

Of course it´s their job to fix it. I personally rather try tinkering with stuff and maybe find a workaround that way. But that´s not for everyone I guess.

I don't use wifi I use a Lan adapter and cable to my router so it's not that. Mine freezes as you hit the home button and close the program.
