    We can have fluffy battleships, captains can be from all of the squadrons. 3 squadrons per battleship, 4 battleships. 12 squadrons. squadrons can become smaller, and there won't be coxswains, just 1st and 2nd in commands. The leaders remain of there respective squadrons. For example, (current) sqdn B would be, say, battleship 1. i still lead B, HS is co-leader of Sqdn B of battleship I
