    You need to go into these portals, and activate the switch to get down the turtle-cow. You can then go on the turtle to the last portal and jump to the door.

    In that one, you have to get the red key and carry the hat to the red lock. Then quickly open the red lock, use Rabi to get Alice to the green lock and for the last grab the green key with Rabi using the hat has platform. Use the clock for the last. I had problems with this too.
