i just unlocked the Turian soldier and i was wondering which power is better to build up the concussion shot or the proximity mine?

    Depends on what kind of set you want to run. I run Concussive Shot, but people say Proximity Mine is pretty good.

    it may had been cause my low level but first time i was using him i fell over and over, i haven't fallen much with my male adept character but also am like 15 on him, and like only 5 on soldier

    concussive shot is good against regular enemies, prox mine is AMAZING against bosses and sub-bosses, if you spec it out right (radius/debuff). i dont use level 6 usually, so if you build it that way you can max everything else out and still have 3 levels in concussive shot. not very good by itself like that, but use some fire ammo, hit them with con shot and watch the explosions :-)
