    Time travel to July 2, or any time around the 4th of July. He'll randomly pop into your shop. He'll ask you to go to the fireworks with him. He takes you to a hidden place, and you watch the fireworks. You two take a picture together, and he wants to ask you out... sadly, he chickens out at the last minute... :( It works, trust me.
