If you didn't notice already the mechanism that lifts up the anti-gravity section of Mario Circuit is actually the Ultra Hand renamed the Ultra Arm. The Ultra Hand is a toy released in Japan by Nintendo and it also had a game called "Grill Off with Ultra Hand" available in Club Nintendo.
