The 3DS shoulder buttons are way too sensitive...I'm careful with them and mine eventually still became unresponsive half the time, but that was from dust. I took an unused toothbrush and scrubbed the edges of the button to attract the dirt, it's been working ever since. ...By the way that's an incredibly high VR, you must've played a lot. Mine is 42,373 but I'm basically done cause of MK8.
