    you have to survive rounds on singleplayer to get the skulls.the longer you survive the better the skull.this is usually what people use to determine if they should play with that person or not on multiplayer.

    im not sure how many rounds your supposed to do to get a better skull but im pretty sure its every 5 rounds your skull will upgrade
