The story of this game is that the goddess of light, Palutena, had banished her conterpart, Madusa, the goddess of darkness, to the underworld. Angry at the very loose adaptation of mythology, she builds an army of monsters and invades Palutena's palace. Pit, who had been captured and imprisoned in the underworld, was given a magic bow by Palutena and must jailbreak his way to Madusa! Cool!
