  • The Link is dead theory can easily be debunked with information from MM and TP.

    Yeahs2
  • Of course he didnt die at the end he was still a kid lol.

  • Yeah, and his descendant is Link from TP. You can't have children if you are dead at age 9.

  • And the Hero's Shade is obviously an adult, and he did die of natural causes, he just lamented that he was never remembered as a hero. He passed into the afterlife after he taught TP Link his skills. I feel so sorry for him that he saved 2 worlds and wasn't even recognized for it.

  • Michael is right, but the Heros Shade is not physically the Hero of Time, as by the time of TP he has long since died. The Heros Shade is the spiritual manifestation of the regret that the Hero of Time didn't pass on his sword skills.

  • Link and Malon was Married and moved to a new Location outside south from Hyrule like in TP form the same young Link from OoT/MM. It 50-110 year between MM-TP timeline.

    Yeahs0
  • Who gave you that source? No one knows what really happened. And I'm pretty sure Zeldawiki said it was about 200 years.

    Yeahs0
  • Link85 that is just fan speculation. We know at some point Link returned to Hyrule and had offspring but we dont know when or with who.

    Yeahs2
  • But Link marrying Malon does make sense I guess. And has anyone ever wondered whether the first king of hyrule might be ss link or gaepora?

    Yeahs1
  • Seriously, I hope Nintendo makes a DIRECT sequel to MM. We still need to know what happened to the Hero of Time in more detail. Did he ever find Navi? Did he returned to Hyrule at some point afterward? And maybe how his piece of the triforce landed on TP Link (if he is a descenant or not). I hate that "Link is dead in MM" theory. Doesn't make sense in any angle.
