    Mega Mewtwo Y is more fitting. It has more emphasis on special attack and psychic power than X does, which makes it more loyal to non-mega Mewtwo. It will also help balance the representation between Pokemon X and Y, since we have MegaZardX.

    mega mewtwo x, due to being a fighting type in a fighting game and being good with physical attacks. they'll end up using y if he's added, most likely. i actually prefer y over x, but x would fit here better.

    @Mewtwo: Mega Mewtwo Y and Mega Mewtwo X have equally strong stats, and the pokemon anime isn't canon to the video game world.
