    My top screen gets messed up too! But not my bottom. It's fine when I don't have Internet, or when I'm on Miiverse or the Internet Browser. I don't think there is any way for you to fix it yourself. You have to take it to get fixed. I'm just gonna get a 2DS instead of getting it fixed.
