i don't get why they are making half nude girls on smash bros i thought this is a kids game

If your referring to Samus that's how Female MMA fighters dress and a lot of women wear stuff like that. Its called workout gear.

Sports Wear Samus is an alt and Palutena is safe for young eyes if you don't try to look too closely.

Think about it this way: -Boys wear swim trunks when they swim, they are basically half nude, same with girls, our bikinis cover less than half our bodies - Samus actually did have that outfit in a previous game
