    u dont necessarily have to do anything. communities are there for mainly talking about the game/software people are currently playing or have interest in, that's all but optional. There's free game demos on eshop, not sure if they work here. Those weird face things are just emoticons for miis when making a post, like i just did now. Just pick one then post. Best to look at the miiverse manual here
