    Powersaves is a cheating device, like action replay. That's the only way to make a non-shiny pokemon shiny. There's no way to do it legally.

    Sorry but you can't turn a pokemon into a shiny you have to find one in the wild if it sparkels its a shiny there rare but there are ways of incressing your cances.
