The leak is fake. First off, Shulk has the same moves as Marth and Link put together and Bowser jr. is just a reskin of Diddy Kong. For the people who say oh nintendo deleted the videos so it's real that's BS. If I was making a game and saw that I would've deleted that video. Why would I want fake rumors to spread.

We can all see that the leak is real. The leaker showed us many modes and menus (Spectate, character and Mii customization, challenges) before Sakurai and Shulk's artwork. Plus NoA filed a copyright infringement on the videos. When someone denies that being real its typically because of denial, in this case (with a quick look at his post) its because Lucas isnt present.
