Fun fact: Alphadream, who also developed all previous M&L titles, developed everything in this game except for the 3D Giant battles. Good Feel, who developed Kirby's Epic Yarn and co-developing Yoshi's Woolly Yarn, actually developed all of the giant 3D models and battles. They stepped in due to AlphaDream's lack of resources for 3D character models; giant battles using only 2D weren't possible.
