    I think war games/ tournaments and i loved the sub design contest the jr and mighty mite came up with.If we could have more of these,added with stronger ties with ppl over seas (i believe you got that covered though) would improve the already mighty ƒ's morale.

    Also a fun idea i have is like daily challenges.An example is get more wins than losses,and to enter they have 2 ppl post their combat record before the contest starts and when it finishes. they person with more wins than losses wins they contest.
