    Yes. Even takes time and effort to find them. And it can really affect the match-ups between characters, making the matches much more interesting. And of course, because of custom moves one couldn't simply predict what moves the opponent has. And when people find out what custom moves make the 'best' set, it doesn't guarantee everyone will use them. So far, all custom moves seem balanced to me.
