    Nice. I personally love the Heisei series the most due to better and darker storylines and has the one of the best suits in the franchise.

    @Murjana Well the Showa series is the first one I saw, but the Heisei became my personal favorite back then and I grew up more with that series! ^^

    I grew up with the Showa series and it still resonates with me (all corniness included). The Heisei series had Miki - I found that her character bound all the movies nicely. However, I appreciated the feel of the Millennium series the most... Probably due to a bit more realism and Godzilla's portrayal of both saviour and menace in the different movies. I very much enjoyed the 2014 film however.

    I have deep respect for those that love things from my childhood - a kind of kindred feeling for something that meant so much to me, and still does. It's hard to express how much I appreciate the continued love of these meaningful movies.
