Please tell me this doesn't just happen to me: You're fighting a monster and it finally limps away. "Yes, I can cap it now!" you think. So you follow it and it starts attacking again. You spring a trap and get behind it, Tranq. Bombs at the ready. But as soon as the trap is down, the monster limps away again, avoiding the trap and leaving you to kill it for less rewards.

    This is what I usually do: 1. Weaken the monster enough that it goes to the resting area to fall asleep. 2. Using the fluffy mask on Cha Cha, you can see when the monster goes to sleep. When it is awake, the monster icon on the map is red, when it's asleep, blue. 3. Enter rest area when the monster is asleep and place trap 4. Wake up monster and stand over the trap. And you know the rest!

    Easy way of waking the monster without killing it is to kick it.

    thats happened to me alot :/ but after all that i just sit down grab a cookie with some milk and try again. if it happens again i quite for about 3 to 4 hours then im back xD

    don't try to capture on a map with ludroths, cause these damn things always get in front of my tranquilize bombs. >.<

    I tried it but THE гзтагı)зı) LUDROTH GOT IN MY WAY, AND I HAD TO KILL IT CAUSE I HAD NO MORE TRANQS. SO I HAD 2 KILL IT AND ×SHAZAM× FAIL QUEST, but the Lagiacrus is REALLY EASY TO CAPTURE after awhile
